Ada vacancy post Helpdesk/Access Admin/Customer Support Analyst di ExxonMobil. Position kontrak setahun, renewable.
Req: CGPA 2.5 above + Bole cakap English (at least bole communicate dlm bahasa omputih ni) + preferable fresh grad

aku pernah merasa susah cari kerja dulu, jadi bila ada peluang skrg ni aku try la tolong korang.....

waktu kerja: berdasarkan waktu pejabat negara mana yg kita support.
tugas: support staff exxonmobil dlm menggunakan IT application di cawangan2 exxonmobil di serata dunia. mcm helpdesk but much more technical a bit. not heavy technical thing.
aku galakkan fresh grads join utk timba pengalaman dan recognition sbb ni company bluechip
good luck. interview kena lancar dan fasih berbahasa english.

igtla bila interview tu speaking la sket kalau tak cair pun pekat pun okay lah. korang bayangla dialog2 dlm cite omputih tu, InsyaAllah bole punye.
ko bila masuk tok janggut batch yg sedang training skrg ni ke yg dah sebulan keje. aku kat GOUP projek. kalau ko isap rokok nanti bole jumpe kat bawah.
Lagi satu nak tambah
kalau ada sesapa Japanese speaker pun di alu2 kan utk apply. " maybe" korang bole demand sket kot.... sbb japon speaker ni susah nak cari.

Aku cuma tolong iklankan kat sini dah forwardkan resume korang kepada pihak yg berkenaan. aku tak bole tolong 'ejas' ataupun influence decision diorang dan tidak juga dapat memberi apa2 update utk setiap org. Jika ada update yg aku tau, aku akan umumkan disini. Aku hanya bole membantu setakat tu je, banyak2 kanlah berdoa. InsyaAllah.
Azmil tu GIS ke? which division? emmmm tak kenal sgt kot. awat?

fluent ni maksudnya takde gagap2... wpun gabra/cuak masa interview tu try rileksss.. interviewer tu nak communicate dgn ko je. kalau ko takleh communicate camna nak jadi helpdesk utk org UK kan.
grammar kureng penting, aku pun speaking grammer berterabur gak, tapi vocab kena betulla. kalau tak lain maksud ko lain pulak ko cakap.
ttg teknikal part, maybe dia tanya roughly je... sbb nanti pun ada training utk position ni. jadi yg tinggal bab communication je.
banyak2 berdoa supaya jgn gabra sgt ari tu. gudluck

kalau tak dpt call lagi tu, tunggula. Kalau ada rezeki dapatlah, kalau tak ape bole buat.

According to them most you of are 'very' qualified 'on the paper' but failed during the interview because didn't have good command of english and couldn't communicate effectively with the interviewer.
From now on they will screen the candidate by phone interviewing first. They want to see how well is your articulation and communication. So to those who is still not being interviewed, please BE PREPARED when someone from exxon call you.
Please 'communicate' with her (errr i think its her). Don't just keep hmmmmm, yes and no.
