Technical Consultant (Contractual Basis)
(Selangor - Seri Kembangan)

Responsibilities:
As the technical support consultant for the implementation of the enterprise mobile payment project, the incumbent is responsible, among others, for the following :-
Technical setup, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and technical and customer support
Software programming and research work
Meeting customers, merchants, telco and bank representatives to ensure smooth running of the system operations;
Analyze, write reports and presents feedbacks and findings to Project Managers.
Requirement/Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in IT or similar qualification
Minimum 1 year of working experiences in IT industry
Familiar with enterprise networks especially Microsoft, Unix/Solaris and Open Source technologies
Practical experience on software development (.Net, Java, C++), networks and telecommunication will be an advantage
Must be able to handle stress, multiple workloads, accept new challenges and responsibilities
Strong interpersonal skills and is highly result-oriented
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Preference is given to candidate who has experiences in bank debit/credit card system flows and processes.
