· provide service deliverables as defined by agreed client SLA’s and objectives
· Be proactive by identifying inefficiencies in the operation of the group with the objective of improving the quality of the working environment.
· Disseminate skills and knowledge between peers to improve the overall skills of the team.
· Assist is the training and orientation of new members
· Provide information to the leadership for meetings when needed
· Weekly operations review meeting with supervisor
· Formal problem review meeting
· Contribute to the on-going development and maintenance of all support documentation in line with the agreed quality standards.
· Contributes to team effectiveness through cooperation, participation and a commitment to shared goals and objectives
· Identify out of scope work performed and notify relevant groups
· Assist in identifying tool enhancements
· Provide problem escalation to other groups/leaders as per guidelines where required.
· Complete daily operations checklists
· Maintain a working operational knowledge of Dow/EDS systems and work processes.
. Able to communicate using Thai Language(not very high level thai)

4. Kelayakan : ·

Possesses a degree, preferably a science degree, or equivalent experience
· Demonstrates excellent verbal / written communication skills and listening skills
· Demonstrates multi-language oral / written communication skills
· Demonstrates sound problem solving skills
· Demonstrates strong customer service skills
· Demonstrates effective decision making skills
· Demonstrates efficient PC application skills
· Familiarity and interest in the sciences and chemistry
