Identification and implementation of improvements in the work process
Mentoring and coaching junior team members

4. Kelayakan :

Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
2 to 5 years experience in supporting a LAN Server environment.
Previous Customer Support experience
Previous Active Directory experience
Previous Lotus Notes Administration experience
Current MCP level certification
Familiar with Windows 2000 and Windows XP Desktop Operating Systems
Advanced knowledge and competency of LAN/WAN protocols and services; TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and WINS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English essential
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Competent with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
