IT Technical Support
(Penang - Bayan Lepas or Butterworth)
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving Level 0 or Level 1 or Level 2 type of technical problems for the implementation and ongoing support based computing environment. This includes system management and customer service to increase productivity, availability, security, supportability, and functionality for the various products and services. Primary duties will include providing 24X7 second level escalation support of production environment, capacity planning, scalability, drive root cause analysis/corrective action, senior-level application administration, crisis management, project management, and implementation.
Maintaining & troubleshoot PC & hardware accessories.
Network troubleshooting
Software & OS troubleshooting.
Onsite technical support - Level 0 or Level 2
Provide IT customer service & support via Data & Phone - Level 1
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas or Butterworth.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Good customer support skill.
Experience in IT hardware troubleshooting.
Preferable candidates with at least 1 year experience in similiar environnment.
Fresh graduates applicants are also welcome to apply.
