MATERIALS MANAGER
Requirements:
· Degree with minimum 5 years’ working experience at a managerial level
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for materials planning, managing components, WIP inventories, loading
schedule and interface with headquarter and vendor/supplier to ensure sufficient materials
supply, sourcing and quote management.
MTD STAFF ENGINEER
Requirements :
· Degree in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 6 years experience in the related field
Responsibilities:
· Design, implement and administer global manufacturing processes.
· Lead and document best practices related to Process and inspection through User Group
activity, establishment and refinement of Process Performance metrics.
· Lead technology roadmap development and technology Transfer implementation to establish
operational consistency across Plexus manufacturing.
· Support Technical Training and support compliance assessments.
· Manage manufacturing productivity solutions and vendors’ needs for improvement to specific

SECTION MANAGER / HEAD – TEST ENGINEERING
Requirements:
· Degree in Engineering or equivalent with minimum 6 years of test engineering experience in
either SMT or semiconductor. Experience with Darkhorse and/or HP testers will be an added

Responsibilities:
· Lead a group of Test Engineers and Technicians in ensuring successful implementation of
new products as well as existing products. This covers test yield responsibility, equipment
selection and maintenance and board debug.
SECTION MANAGER / HEAD (Purchasing/Sourcing)
Requirements:
· Degree with minimum 7 years’ working experience at a managerial level
· Hands-on experience in MRP system, material sourcing and procurement.
Responsibilities:
Purchasing
· Responsible for materials planning, inventory control, component procurement, supply base
management, as well as cost control and PPV management.
Sourcing
