IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The Responsibilities
Diagnose and trouble shoot computer related problems, assemble and set up hardware and software applications.
Provide IT consultation and solve customers' IT issues.
Provide installation, configuring, testing and technical support to customers.


The Requirements
Possess a Diploma/ Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in IT or Computer Studies.
At least 1 year experience in technical or system support environment.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors.
Analytical, result oriented and provides excellent follow through on all customers’ assignment to its completion.
