We are looking for a web programmer who has some experience in developing SCORM-compliant LMS/LCMS to support the delivery of online courses. This person must have good knowledge of e-learning, LMS/LCMS and SCORM. This person must be able to work within tight deadlines and under minimum supervision, and keen to learn new technologies.

The post will be on a contract basis for a period of 8 - 10 months.

Skills required:
PHP/ASP
MySQL/MS SQL
Javascript/VBScript
HTML
XML
Java
Experienced in developing LMS/LCMS
Knowledge of SCORM (conformant, integration and APIs)
Flash ActionScript (added advantage)
