ye ker bro...kalau kompeni jepun ni displin mmg ketat...tapi kalau bab welfare pekerja die jaga betul2 tak...cam bonus, benefit, increment,training suma....saper bro2 pnah keje ngan kompeni cam panasonic,diharap dapat kongsikan pengalaman eh?

biasanya stabil.. tgk jenis company la..

biasa la keje ngan compeni jepun.. disiplin kena bagus..
dia akan perah ko wat keje.. dan biasanya depa nih suka pekerja dia.. workhoholic..
