Cisco Voice Specialist – 1 candidate

Responsibilities:
- Design, deployment and maintenance of Cisco LAN components and voice gateways
- Design, deployment and maintenance of Cisco based IP Telephony voice solutions
- Have experience on Cisco IP Telephony systems, CallManagers, Unity voice mail systems, IPCC Express call centre
- Provide operations and maintenance support to customers
- In-depth knowledge on Networking, Project Planning & Management.
- Liaise with hardware and software vendors

Requirements:
- Degree in IT or engineering disciplines
- Cisco certifications on CCNA, CCNP or CCIE. Certifications of Cisco IP Communications Support Specialist, Cisco Unity Support Specialist and Cisco IP Contact Center Express Specialist will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be able to work independent, motivated and has initiative of upgrading himself/herself
- Good team players
- Possess own transport


Cisco Routing & Switching Specialist – 2 candidates

Responsibilities:
- Design, deployment and maintenance of Cisco LAN (switches), WAN (routers) and Security solutions (Firewall & VPN gateway)
- Experience in Cisco based IP Telephony voice solutions will be an added advantage
- Provide operations and maintenance support to customers
- In-depth knowledge on Networking, Project Planning & Management.
- Liaise with hardware and software vendors

Requirements:
- Degree in IT or engineering disciplines
- Cisco certifications on CCNP.
- Candidate should be able to work independent, motivated and has initiative of upgrading himself/herself
- Good team players
- Possess own transport
