nak tanya based pada pengalaman korang la kan, kalau diberi peluang utk nego salary, camne cara terbaik nak nego. berdasarkan pengalaman? dll..bleh kongsikan kat sini. thanks.

Jangan terover nego pulak. Tengok jugak market punya salary, company size (kalau beso mintak la beso!) then how much they value you. Macam certain companies yang kedekut training, kedekut bab claim2 ni.. so kenalah mintak lebih sebab nanti rugi kita kerja overtime etc takde claim .
Don't put exact figure just put say 40% from current ke.. and its negotiable ke..

aku baru jer gi interview 2 hari lepas, lepastu dia tanya gaji aku leh nego tak. aku ckp boleh kurang 50 ringgit jer dari yg aku mintak tu. last2 dia ckp laaaaaaaa 50 jer hehehe

tp lepas aku kira2 cuma lebih 75 ringgit jer dari gaji aku sekarang, lepas tolak 50 tu lah. hampeh tul. lebih 75 ringgit pun nak berkira.
