I beg to differ. There is no way you can know what constitute 'kukuh'. Learn from history. You may see yourself missed the opportunity of making money when waiting for 'kukuh' market.

The concept of investment in mutual fund is not the same as equity markets. In mutual fund, every time is a good time to buy.

Apply the principle of dollar-cost averaging.

Mutual fund is a medium to long term investment. As long as you have the time (the medium to long duration), you do not need to time the market.

if u know that market is down trending..why need so rushing to dump ur money?
agreed with the concept of DCA but use the concept wisely...

quote back ur statement "You may see yourself missed the opportunity of making money when waiting for 'kukuh' market"....
-> and u MAY loss opportunity if u didn't do ur study on market movement!..

dats my personal opinion...no offense.. smile.gif

There is no offence in expressing your 'personal' opinion.

However, should you have replied in your capacity as a professional UT consultant from Public Mutual (instead of personal capacity), then you would reply differently, would you not?

Salam bro,

Public Mutual memang "NAMPAK" menarik tapi kena faham bahawa unit trust berkonsepkan jangka panjang.

Loan 50k (ikat 2 tahun je...) interest bank 8%... so, 2 tahun 16%...

Kawan offer great investment tempat kawan... tak ramai yang tahu... BONDA AGONG baru lepas lancarkan 8th August last year... last Friday dia orang buat Dazzling Nite untuk investor dan partner dia... BONDA AGONG datang lagi...

Balik semula loan...

Loan 50k + 16% interest = rm58k
Bayar untuk 2 tahun = rm2417 sebulan....

Pelaburan kita orang...
Modal 50k... (takde tolak komisyen apa apa... bulat bulat semua masuk), lagi cun kan?

For sure tidak...

Hutang = RM2417
Pulangan = RM82500 / 16 bulan (1 term) = RM5156...
Ada belen tambah duit gaji sebanyak RM2739 sebulan...

Great investment kan?

Kita gunakan capital dari bank... duit bank bayar balik... dan kita ambik untungnya... Most papers dah banyak kali keluar pasal investment ni, tapi memang tak ramai dapat peluang...

Approved investment by BNM or SC tak ni?
Banyak sangat scheme sekarang, even Walton International pun baru kena raid dgn SIU,BNM.

Even Minggo2 Ice-Cream franchise, ntah kutu mana pegi buat jadi illegal ponzi scheme.

Please don't use this thread to promote un-licensed and illegal investment/ponzi schemes.

Offtopic:

Masaalah scheme mcm ni, since it is not under SC or BNM purview, it is not clear where the funds are investment, fund size, fund under management, the whole 9 yards. Transparency as per SC/BNM requirement. And, kalau nak tau invest kat

If ever this scheme fails, there's no protection, prosecution ada, protection takde.
If these ponzi schemes are raided, and the forensic teams gets a hold of the entire dabatase, which they often do, they'll look into investor cum itroducer will be prosecuted.

Dah la duit x dapat, account froze, kena prosecute.
Tanya Amy Search, berapa juta dia hilang dalam 'scheme2' mcm diatas.

satu lagi aku lupa nak mention...mcm mana ko nak tau investment yg ko nak buat ni- Syariah Compliant ke tidak.
Siapa dia Syariah Advisory Panel.

Kalau mcm PB Dana Itikal ada Syariah Advisory Board, kalau Prudential Fund Management Syariah fund, antara penasihat dia Datuk Haji Mohd. Nakhaie Haji Ahmad (ex-PAS join UMNO).

So scheme2 ni, sapa dia Penasihat Syariah? Mana invest? Pusat Rawatan Tradisional Mark C Yat ? Pusat Kesihatan Eksekutif ?
